? UN Series Flash Butt Welding Machine UN系列閃光對焊機(jī) 閃光對焊的主要焊接工藝及原理： 1.焊接電極加緊工件，在工件尚未完全接觸時，開始閃光。
2.接下來，焊接電極夾緊的工件緩慢接近，隨著電流密度的增加，工件間接觸處開始熔化，同時有部分金屬熔液溢出，形成初始的對焊節(jié)點。
3.焊接區(qū)域變得越來越熱，對焊的速度也隨著加速。
4.閃光和飛濺使兩個接觸面完全焊接在一起。
5.最后再利用高壓進(jìn)行頂鍛，切斷電流，焊接完成。
