SC系列鐵線(xiàn)調(diào)直切斷機(jī) SC Series Automatic Wire Straightening and Cutting Machine 主要功能與應(yīng)用 1． 該設(shè)備主要用于將圓或扁的鐵線(xiàn)，不銹鋼線(xiàn)，鍍鋅線(xiàn)，鋁線(xiàn)，銅線(xiàn)等自動(dòng)調(diào)直，按照設(shè)定長(zhǎng)度自動(dòng)切斷。
2． 有傳統(tǒng)機(jī)械式和數(shù)控液壓式兩種。
3． 傳統(tǒng)機(jī)械式鐵線(xiàn)調(diào)直切斷機(jī)，手動(dòng)設(shè)定調(diào)直切斷長(zhǎng)度，操作和維護(hù)都比較簡(jiǎn)單，主要用于調(diào)直切斷直徑小于10mm的鐵線(xiàn)。
4． 數(shù)控液壓鐵線(xiàn)調(diào)直切斷機(jī)，加工性能較強(qiáng)，自動(dòng)化程度高，數(shù)控 設(shè)定調(diào)直長(zhǎng)度，并設(shè)有安全裝置，自動(dòng)計(jì)數(shù)停機(jī)系統(tǒng)。
主要用于調(diào)直切斷建筑用螺紋鋼筋及圓鋼等。
Main Features and Applications The equipment is mainly used for automatically straighten round or flat wire, stainless steel wire, galvanized wire, aluminum wire, copper wire, and cut automatically according to the preset length.
