抗菌防霉整理劑

HOLPOSON® Captain AM

HOLPOSON® Captain AM 是一種具有抗菌、防霉和防螨多重作用的抗菌防霉整理劑，適用于大多數(shù)的紡織纖維，如：棉、毛、滌棉、錦綸、腈綸、粘膠、滌綸等天然、合成纖維及混紡織物。
即可應(yīng)用在針織物、梭織物、運(yùn)動(dòng)裝、工作服、無(wú)菌行業(yè)服裝 、家紡產(chǎn)品、裝飾用布等紡織品。

一、物化性能             

外  觀：乳白色至微黃的分散液   

離 子 型：弱陰離子

主要成份：有機(jī)季銨鹽

溶 解 性：分散溶于水                                          

二、使用方法

首先稱取抗菌防霉劑HOLPOSON® Captain AM，攪拌同時(shí)加水，然后稀釋到所需要的濃度，按照如下工藝進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)：

1．浸軋法    

HOLPOSON® Captain AM     15-20g/L

交聯(lián)劑HOLPOSON®HFM      10g/L

柔軟劑HOLPOSON®SOFT      5g/L

軋液率              60-70%

工藝：110℃烘干  然后150℃定型 60~90秒

2. 浸漬法

HOLPOSON® Captain AM       1-2%

交聯(lián)劑HOLPOSON®HFM       1%

工藝：浴比  1:10

處理?xiàng)l件：20℃浸漬處理20~ 30分鐘，脫水（帶液率60~100%），烘干。

3. 噴灑法

配成50~60g/L(根據(jù)實(shí)際情況配置相應(yīng)要求的濃度)的溶液， 噴灑在需處理的產(chǎn)品表面， 自然晾曬或烘干。

注意事項(xiàng)

1.化料時(shí)用冷水或溫水（約30 ~40℃），可保證產(chǎn)品良好的加工穩(wěn)定性和抗菌效果.

2.但如果使用一部分助劑如纖維消光劑，整理效果會(huì)有所下降；或織物的組織結(jié)構(gòu)過于疏松對(duì)抗菌檢測(cè)也有影響。

3.為了整理效果，我們建議預(yù)先試驗(yàn)。
整理效果主要取決于織物類型。

貯    存

存放在陰涼干燥通風(fēng)的地方，該產(chǎn)品的貯存期限至少為1年。
開封后盡快用完。
如果沒有用完，請(qǐng)蓋緊防止產(chǎn)品受潮或混入異物。

Antibacterial and Mildew-Proof

Finishing Agent

HOLPOSON® Captain AM

HOLPOSON® Captain AM is an anti-bacterial, mildew-proof and anti-mite finishing agent with multiple functions. It is suitable for the majority of textile fibers, such as: cotton, wool, polyester-cotton, nylon, acrylic, viscose, polyester.etc and blended fabrics. So it can be used in knitted fabrics, woven fabrics, sportswear, work clothes, aseptic industry clothing, home textile products, decorative fabrics and other textiles.

Physical & chemical properties:

Appearance:       Milky white to yellowish dispersion liquid

Ionicity:           Weak anionic

Main contents:     Organic quaternary ammonium salt

Solubility:         Dispersable and soluble in water   

Usage:

First, weigh and take the HOLPOSON® Captain AM, stir it while adding water, then dilute it to the required concentration, and carry out the production according to the following process:

1. Padding method

 HOLPOSON®Captain AM: 15-20g/L

Crosslinker HOLPOSON®HFM: 10g/L

Softener HOLPOSON®SOFT: 5g/L

Liquid retention rate: 60-70%

Process: Drying at 110 ℃ and heat setting at 150 ℃ for 60-90 seconds

2. Impregnation method

HOLPOSON®Captain AM: 1-2%

Crosslinker HOLPOSON® HFM: 1%

Process: Bath ratio: 1:10

Treatment condition: Impregnation at 20 ℃ for 20-30 minutes, dehydration (with liquid rate of 60-100%), drying.

3. Spraying method

Prepare a solution of 50-60g/L (prepare the required concentration according to the actual situation), spray it on the surface of the material to be treated, and dry it naturally or dry it with heat.

Attentions:

1. Dissolving the product with cold water or warm water (about 30 ~ 40 ℃) can ensure good processing stability and antibacterial effect of the product
2. If some auxiliaries such as fiber matting agent are used, the finishing effect will be reduced. Or if the structure of the fabric is too loose, the antibacterial test result will also be affected.
3. In order to guarantee the overall the effect, we suggest to test in advance. The overall effect mainly depends on the fabric type.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place. The storage time is 1 year minimum. Use up as soon as possible after opening. If it is not used up, please cover it tightly to prevent the product from moisture or foreign matters.
